Life of citizens in nearby building of #HancockBridge are put in danger as the residents of these buildings directly land on road.
I have sent email of this post too to all concerned authorities so that their defence of acting in good faith shall stand demolished and we shall prove it to be a deliberate act with dishonest intentions to cause injury and wrongful loss to the citizens.
The BMC /TRAFFIC POLICE/ and the officers who sign the permission shall be liable for criminal prosecution for playing mischief with lives of citizens inspite of my repeated warning and absolute wilful/deliberate failure to give solution in writing.
There is undue pressure not to remove the obstructing structures for safeguarding vested interest. The BNC-MC, ADDL MC & TRAFFIC POLICE are acting to safeguard these vested interest at the cost of risking life of citizens.
Hence this warning to all concerned officers who are bent upon to do an illegal act by making the road less safe and very well knowing that there is every likelihood of causing death and accidents in these spots.
So in case of any accident and death by such accidents your defence of acting in good faith and getting protection for your illegal acts is demolished by this intimation and several earlier correspondence.
Read section 52 & 431 IPC to know what you are doing against the larger interest of residents of the buildings near Hancock bridge.
Please educate me if incorrect. WDR/HUMILITY to honest and efficient public servants.
