Mumbai Citizens Forum Citizen Outreach Activity F North Ward

Mumbai Citizens Forum (MCF) conducted Training session of Grassroots Leaders from F North Ward on 11th & 12 April 2025 at Wadala (West). Varsha Vidya Vilas, Deputy Head and Trustee of MCF conducted the training. Ms Surekha B, coordinator for F North Ward MCF outreach activity and Dr Kedar Diwan from MCF were also present.

Participants received information about 74th CAA and concept of Area Sabha. Participants formed groups of their locality , created maps of their area & identified main issues in their area.

They decided to gather more information about main issues in their area and work on plans to address the issues. With approaching monsoon season, when the area experiences flooding,  it was decided to work on issue of cleaning of nallas and drains and management of garbage as a priority.
